Hello all, I just finished clearing batch #2 of SP. I've found that it has a slight yeast odor & flavor to it. The only difference between my two batches was the temperature, it's warmer now then it was so, temp was 75 - 78 instead of 70 - 72 like my first batch. Is it possible that the warmer temp is the culprit for my off flavor, if not does anyone have any ideas as to what could have caused it (so I can avoid it in the future) and what if anything can be done about it now? Thanks.

Inadequate yeast nutrition along with being in the wrong temperature range for the yeast can cause all sorts of off flavors. Happy wine yeast tend to be fairly clean fermenters.
