White wine

Has anyone ever used white grape juice with an apple and mango fruit juice to make a wine? If so how did it work out?

I have not made the same blend as you have but white grape juice will add body to any white fruit wine.

I have a cheap white kit clearing now. I used 2 gal of cider instead of water to bring it up to volume. Added oak and raisins as well. It is for a friend. It seems to be good (for a white). The oak will need to settle down a bit during aging. I'll let you know how the white aficionados like it.
