I have a white film on the top of my strawberry rhubarb wine. Is this mold? Should I dump it?

We would need a little more info like how low you are in the carboy and how long its been like that. When it finished fermenting and if you added any sulfites. If you did add any sulfites how much and was it campden tablets that you didnt crush very well as there are fillers in these tablets that dont dissolve well and can leave a similar white film. A picture would really help also and if you dont know how to put a pic up email it to me at [email protected]

maybe it is done fermenting? and all the yeast is dead or converted into alcohol? If that were the case and I didnt add any sulfites not realizing it was done, its probably mold? I will add a picture here in a sec.
