What to do with a 100Lt

Just for fun, I'll say...Grenache. M&M has frozen must if you want to avoid a kit.

I would wait! Chillean grape season is only 5 months away!!!!!

I would fill it with the best grapes I could buy of a variety I like. Also take equipment into consideration. Be sure you have access to a crusher/destemmer or destemmer/crusher or just plain a destemmer. Primary is easy- just buy a Brute proper size and then you need access to something to press the must/wine.

The important thing is to fill it with something you typically enjoy.
