I have a rather large press (hydrolic). It will hold about 1.5 tons at a time. I also could not agree with you more on goals. I guess that is what it is all about and why winemaking is such a great outlet for the creative.

Based on JohnT's descriptions I'm seriously interested in trying some of his wines and also based on his descriptions it sounds like he has enough to share.... Bottle swap?

This was taken about 15 years ago. Since then I had replaced all of the oak stays and also had all of the bands stripped down and chromed. Looks nice.

I just need to have the frame painted. I am thinking about black with a nice flame job.

thats nice.
when i juiced all my berries i used a 5 gallon bucket, a lid, some screen from a screen door, and an inverted hydraulic house jack with a 2 x 4 pressed in to my garage truss.
hey it worked.....
