Just wondering how many veterans are winemakers and which branch of service

I was in the U.S.Navy in the 60's floating around the Mediterranean Sea on USS Franklin D. Roosevelt (CVA-42), a wonderful aircraft carrier.

Great assignment and great times.

That's why the storms are always tearing up our coast lately. There isn't anybody left here to guard the coasts...............

Slipped the surly bonds of earth in the mighty Air Force. Now teach in the flight simulator. 20+ years active and almost as many yearsretired.

Grew up in Iowa playing sports against those guys in Corydon.

I have been currently serving in the US Air Force since 1992 and approaching my retirement date of 20 years of service completed within the next year.

I went to an air show at Little Rok Air Force Base once...does that count ??

On a serious note......Thanks to all of you and the rest of our service men/women for the freedoms we enjoy !!!

US Army in the 60's. Vietnam Vet, too.
It was the best thing for me at the time and started me in my life-long career.
Three years was enough, though!

Pete and everyone else that posted, thank you for your service. So now that you're retired you'll be able to attend the winemakers magazine conference next June in the Finger Lakes!
