Too much sorbate!

I made an awesome blueberry wine, perfectly fine...got distracted when measuring my sorbate (gotta love being a parent, no?) The end result is definitely a bubblegum aftertaste. Any suggestions, other than killing the kid?

The only thing that can be done is make another batch or if you have another batch to blend it.

Instead of 2.5 t. of sorbate in 5 gallons, it was doubled (5 t.)

I believe I still have the must frozen in it's original nylon sock bags...at about 11% alc., it might be hard to start refermentation.
