I hope this is the right forum,

Thought i'd share that I bottled my first ever batch of wine on friday past.

It was a vineco kit "Bergamais" and it turned out awsome. My wife is fussy and she loved it.

I think i'm gonna like this wine making racket. I have another one now to put down called "Vieux chateau de roi" . I'm looking forward to tasting that.

Take care

Glad you found success your first time! You might consider putting back a couple bottles of your wine for 6 months or longer. It will improve with time, and it is fun to taste the past as you go forward in your endeavors.

There's a forum just for kits here, too: http://www.winemakingtalk.com/forum/f84/

Great! This wine making stuff can become addictive, as you are learning.

Also, with each batch, you get better and better at it. As you gain experience, you will pick up new tricks/techniques that can make your wine turn out even better. First technique to learn is as Jswordy mentioned, don't get into a hurry to drink it!!!
