I am thinking about buying a steam juicer. Any suggestions? Pros and cons. What should I look for in a good one? How much do they dilute the juice? If you use one to make wine is it easier than having a bag of fruit in the primary?

I made plum wine with and without steam juicing. Here is my take away. My steam juiced plum is light in color, light enough in flavor that it took a while for the flavor to come around. The non juiced plum (frozen and thrown in bucket to thaw, while thawing cut in 1/2 and pitted and pectic enzyme added) has more color, more aroma (stI'll in fermentation stage so no taste test yet), I suspect it will have much more flavor.
