WineXpert Started Aus Cab Shiraz

Thought I would share a picture of the Aus Cab shiraz I started yesterday.
Smells wonderful even in the primary!

Bottled the Mezza Luna Red and making the labels is as much fun as making the wine!

Is the picture in the other post this wine? I enjoy the Australian Cab Shiraz I made. It's been bottled a year and a half and is really getting good.

It is definitely the cab shiraz. It came with light oak chips, then a couple packages of a tan oak chip and of course the yeast is on top.


Smells good too!
