got to many things going on and slacked on my notes and accidentally stabilized my blueberry/pomegranite twice. how bad is that going to be or will sugar and time heal all
 
That depends on how much Meta you added. How big of a batch was this? Can you add more wine to this? The worst thing that will happen with extra sorbate that I can think of, is you'll get a bumble gum taste from it.
 
its a 6 gallon batch I added 5 campden tablets and 2 1/2 tsp of sorbate if I messed up and did it twice those amounts would be doubled. Guess we will see with time what its going to taste like. May have to give it as gifts to the inlaws next xmas
