SPITTING WHILE TASTING

This is something i have never understood. In my opinion spitting when tasteing wine does not give you the full finish that any wine was meant to have. Maybe its just a matter of taste but i want the frontal assault from aroma,mouthfeel from initial taste as well as to have the flavors of the aftertaste. JUST ONE GUYS OPINION.

If I go tasting wines then I taste as you do but i w ill be judging around 1200 wines in one day on the 29th of this month and I assure you that if I drank every bit of that I would never get even close to the last 900 of them!

There is actually a process and skill to it. You tilt your head back some to get it to the back of your tongue and breath in through your mouth. A large part of taste is actually the aroma as well.
