I got a bunch of bottles of rosé from a local winery for free because they had bad corks, the wine still tastes fine, but I wanted to Find out if I dumped it back into a bottling bucket added a little yeast and rebottled it would that work at turning it into a sparkling wine?

There's a lot more to it than that.
Is there sugar in the wine?
Has it been treated chemically (sorbate) so it won't start fermenting again?
Will the bottles and corks withstand the added pressure?

Take a look at some of the older forums on making sparkling wine.

At the very least, you are going to need to get champagne style bottles, corks and some bails to wire them down.

If it were me, I'd just rebottle what you have, if it tastes good. Great score!

The finished wine can be placed in a kegerator and have CO2 gas added. Some on here have done this.
