The soil test looks good, a few minor adjustments for a perfectly balanced soil depending on where you are located (different soils/geographical locations require different amounts of nutrients.
I looked primarily at the cation saturation percentages:
The calcium to magnesium ratio is just a hair off, not enough that I would add any magnesium now, but more so as a fall or spring amendment,
The potassium levels is low - grapes have a high potassium requirement if they are going to produce well, you can supplement the potassium with foliar sprays such as 0-0-25 from growth products.
Your PH is high at 7.3, grapes traditionally do better in soils with PH from 6.0-6.5 but have been known to grow in soils with PH from 5.5-7.5, if they produce well this season, i wouldn't worry about it.
There is no mention of nitrogen, which is odd, but a note on the report mentions needing it.
