SANGRIA
This traditional, tasty drink has 200 fewer calories than a margarita. Olé!

1 1/2 cups red or white wine
3/4 cup orange juice (no pulp)
1/3 cup triple sec
1/3 cup apricot brandy
1/3 cup Sprite
1 apple, cored and diced
1 cup red or green (or mixed) grapes
1/2 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
4-5 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Stir with a wooden spoon and serve.

ENJOY!!!

maybe club soda or tonic water for a little fizz. I cant remeber any cucc in my pitcher in the Coasta Del Sol.

If you add any club soda or tonic water (or anything) for a little fizz, then you no longer have a traditional sangria. In Spain, the sangria will have typically haveassorted fruits (oranges, lemons, apples, etc), some orange liquor or brandy, but never anything fizzy.
