I am nearing the stage when I have to top up with a similar wine. Can anyone suggest a Chenin Blanc to top up with.

It works out as less than 5% of the volume per bottle when the whole process is complete so don't worry too much. I'd say an $8 bottle of any will do just fine. It's more about preventing oxidation than anything else so without diluting with water any will do. I had the same worry first time I topped up but after a ton of kits it genuinely makes little impact. As I say less than 5%
