Well I managed Regina Saskatchewan winters from 1992 to 2001. I doubt Marias Pass is much worse.

I have a buddy in Esterházy, and he said last winter the wind blew a polar bear from Hudson's Bay past his front door. :)

If we are going for snow stories, I live at Mt Baker, we hold the world record for annual snow 1120 inchs= 100feet. Sky area open tomorrow, 8 feet already*cough cough* i feel snow fever coming on

You're being modest! It was 1140 inches in '98-'99, and beat Mt. Rainier's 1972 record by 18"!
