Does anyone know if it is possible to restart a malolactic fermentation after potassium meta has been added? Can't believe I did it, but when I racked the 1st time, I did it. (out of habit, I guess)

Very doubtful especially if you added a big dose. If you splash rack a couple of times you might get it to drop close to within range if you didn't add a whole lot. Some MLB are more tolerant of higher amounts of SO2 as well.

I have several of the 23L Vadai barrels and 3 months in one of those will take the SO2 down to less than 10ppm usually.
