Heres the Port Label Compliments of George. Been done a couple of months now and we think its very nice .Hard to keep it hidden until it gets some age on it.

Speaking of Port. It sounds delicious, so I bought my first bottle of Port.
Nice flavor, very smooth and silky at the end.

My question is, is this a wine that needs to be decantered? What do you look for in a decanter? Size?

Bert and I bottled (most of) our Orange Chocolate Port today. Some of it slipped into a glass, I still don't know how that happened.

I fortified 3 bottles with brandy, just because I could. The rest we left as is. This is dessert in a glass! Mmmm....

Now we'll see how long we can keep this in the bottle!

I did some experimenting with shrinking the caps and will have pictures, etc under Bottles, Corks, Caps and Labels. See you there!
