Hi Guys
I have some question about PH before fermentation.
what is number best for my juice PH?
My PH is 5.2 and my Juice is Apple.

I thought the same thing, but answer the PO's question it appears it should be around 3.5.

I think I use very more water for dilute my juice because my sugar packet drop down to juice and I use water for find 1.080 SG :D:D so I think my pH is going to High:h:h:h:h

your pH? That seems high to me.
the pH does not reflect normal/ good commercial apple juice. If I saw that pH I would question age/ spoilage. Apple pH changes with age and specific varieties are different. A reference with last year’s Macintosh
