i ordered some PECTIC ENZYME last week and it came in monday ups. i was putting it away today and i noticed it said to refridgerate when received. should it still be alright to use if i put in fridge today ?????t

No problem, most dont even know its supposed to be in the fridge. It just extends its life.i like to put 1 of those little packages that absorb moisture in a bag with it!

I have not heard that. Where did you get it from? then so what, just pot it in the fridge. It cant hurt and probably help in the long run.

Is that the dry or Liguid? I know there is still some liquid around.

Mine is dry. I keep it refrigerated because I buy it by the pound. Sealed and stored in the refrigerator it keeps "forever".
