Thanks for the warm welcome. I have made two EC Kraus kits ( reds) and was disappointed. But then I discovered this great forum and the fact all reds need to sit and hang out for at least a year. thank goodness, I thought I was doing something wrong! So now the LE cab/ temp is aging nicely in the carboy and I will wait for great things.
