Cellar Craft New to port

I am considering starting a port kit. I have done three reds, and feell like i am getting the swing of things. Can someone recommend a kit and also what size carboys I will need.

I'm going to recommend Lumm Eisenmanns berry port recipe in the recipe folder..

Not a kit but comes out wonderfully. Depends on how adventurous you feel!

I've done the RJS Orange Chocolate Port (1x) and the MM Bodega Port (3x).

I'm considering doing the CC Port next. I like them all. For these kits you will need to either make 2 kits or use 3 gallon carboys.

You will also need to decide how to fortify it. I use a blend of brandy (for flavor) and everclear (for punch).

You can make a kit port or the Lumm Eisenmanns berry port like stated above or you can make this recipe that I came up with a few years ago after making a strawberry Chocolate wine from a recipe off the net. It was disgusting, but after doctoring it up with some added ingeredients and fortitying it it is awesome.
