I made a blueberry wine 6 months ago I bottled it but the corks keep blowing out of some the bottles, could it be that it's still fermenting?

most likely. uncork the bottles and put it back in the carboy til it's done.

Use a hydrometer to check the specific gravity. Also, when corking your bottles, make sure you have about an inch of air space between the bottom of the cork and the top of the wine. That air space is absolutely critical; otherwise, the corks can come out on their own when the temperature rises a little.

Sounds like a secondary fermentation. Did you add sugar to the wine to sweeten it before bottling, and if so, did you add potassium sorbate?

6 months - are you sure it was degassed??

If not - CO2 being released could case the corks to pop out..
