Need help describing my problem.

Can someone help describe what’s happening to my leaves? I’ve noticed this grey part on some leaves which caused some to wrinkle up.

How would you recommend to battle against it?

potassium bicarbonate in a sprayer with a bit of insecticidal soap so it wets the leaves. (e.g. Laters)

Can you show a photo of the other side of the leaf? That would help differentiate between powder, versus downy mildew, versus black rot, versus grey mold, etc. They need different treatments controls in many cases for best results. Also your basic climate and location as different diseases are common in some areas but not in others.
