You have more room then when I started off thats for sure and back then my basement was a disaster that EVERYTIME it rained I would get water shooting up through the concrete floor and would just make a mess of everything. Then when my wife turned her heqad I had a company come in and waterproof the whole place with a sump pump and evrything and then took over 2 rooms. I can see you slowly taking over in the near future also. Just slowly spread your stuff out gingerly until there is no going back!
