I see this is a sweet kit and that is what I prefer. Can someone tell
me what the starting SG is and where it finishes off at. In your
opinion, is this a 5 on the sweetness level like it says, this will
most likely be my next kit.

Starting S.G. was 1.12 which translates into 16% ABV. I have not measured residual sugar, but will do so before we bottle. It is definitely sweet. Not as sweet as the wine coolers or Ice Wines, but sweeter than a white zin.
