K Meta Question !!!!

Heloo eveyone ... Happy Holidays!

I have added the 1/4 tsp of K Meta prior to bottling... I know if you are bulk aging you add about every 3 months.... So what if I want to bottle my wine a month or 2 after adding the KMeta... Do I need to add more??? Or since I am within the 3 months I will be ok??

I would say that you would be OK.

You should be rinsing your bottles with KMeta just prior to bottling, therefore you are adding just a hint more SO2 that way.

I know that we have debated this in the past but I use StarSan to rinse my bottles with.....

Star san is an awesome sanitizer.

Wade how do you feel about Sani-clean. Its suppose to be the same thing but less foaming. I know the foam is deep cleaning. Its very hard to find but I was able to get some from Mid West.
