Hello to all.
I have been making beer for some years now and have even made a few meads using everything from just honey all the way up to adding fruit and campaign yeast I have been having lots of success with my beer and mead (With the exception for a maple mead that was horrible). I have been wanting to break into wine making for some time and have jumped in feet first and already im over my head. From my other post it looks like I am starting with a hard wine to start out with. In a few weeks Ill try one of the box kits at my local brew store and see how it goes.
