Just starting in the homemade wine biz. My wife and I recently found some Mustang grapes while out and although not enough to make jelly, I didn't want them to go to waste. I didn't know what I was doing but made some wine. Although we are letting it age right now, it is pretty darn good and we are aging it to have during the holidays. So, I guess I caught the bug and have already started some apple wine and about to start some wild sand plum wine in the near future. I look forward to sharing ideas and learning a whole lot...

I've been at this a little over a year and the bug bit me. And it was a big bug...but friendly.
Whenever I drink one of my wines I think about the aroma and then the flavor. But the third thought in my mind is my favorite - I made this!
