I want to bottle my WZ this weekend. I will probably have it close to a year.

Do I add the k-meta to the carboy? Do I stir it? Or maybe I should transfer into the primary and add the k-meta there, give it a stir, then bottle.

Any help or advice is welcome.

I usually put the k-meta in the primary, rack into it, and bottle from there. I don't know that it makes a big difference. Just stir it well so it's mixed in.

Mix it in well, either in or carboy but you probably dont have much room to stir it well in the carboy if you have that topeed up properly.
