I'm back....

Hello everyone,
I've had an extended break from winemaking due to an unexpected job opportunity which took me from Texas to Florida - living in a couple of rentals before getting back in a house and other adventures - but carefully taking boxes of wine and unmade kits with me personally! I will be able to start making wine againin the near future now. It's been so long since I fermented, I think I may have regained my winemaking virginity!

Welcome back! I would think that making wine in Florida presents some interesting challenges (temperature and usually no basements). Always good to have another brain on the forum.
