I just moved my first kit into the clearing phase, a CC Syrah (looking mighty fine btw)...anyhow my wife surprised me yesterday with two more carboys and a CC Amarone kit! Seriously, I have no idea if the wine I'm making is worth a dang but I'm full-fledge addicted to home winemaking! I can't wait to get this next kit going!

You're working with some good kits, so I suspect your wine will be "worth a dang" when it's done. Just don't forget the most important ingredient: patience.
