I was looking around for information on converting specific gravity (SG) to Brix. Most of thedisucssions in my wine classes are around Brixbutall the discussions on this forumare around Specific Gravity. I wanted totry and find a chart that mapped the two readings. I came across this that I thought I would pass along to anyone who might also have the same query:
