how to tell oxidation.

So I made some bramble tip wine. Thought.... what the heck. It turned out a nice golden color but as it is ageing in carboy it is beginning to look like root beer. Wondering if it has gotten oxidized any thoughts?

How far from the top of the carboy is it? Do you have an airlock on it? We need some more information please.

One jug is topped up to neck with airlock. Other is at the shouldets of gallon jug with airlock. Both have been stabilized with camden and sorbate. One with more head space definitely darker but both changing color.

What does it taste like? Blackberries?

Taste is fruity. Not quite blackberry. Was made by boiling the tips of new blackberry shoots.
