IHi Guys,

I have a 15 gallon demi John from last year. I dont have any tools to measure the sulfite levels. Is it ok to add 3/4 teaspoon at this time. I never added any before

What is the pH of the wine? This makes a huge difference in the amount of so2 needed. You really need to have a way to measure pH and free so2 to safely make wine from grapes.

How long since you added any sulfite to it ?
