Hi there !

If I let the Wine age for a proper time in Demijohn or whatever and then bottle it , how long can I

keep the bottled Wine under the same Temperature as in aging ?!

Does it depend on which fruit it is made of ?!

Wines will continue to mature and change flavor over time. Reds typically become very good in a year. Whites and fruits 6 months.

Every wine is different and dependent upon many factors, ingredients, temp. sunlight, type of wine so you would need to sample :D from time to time. You will notice a decline in quality after awhile.

Reds should last several years while whites and fruits not as long.

Do you mean 6 months in the bottle? Even after bulk aging for 5,6,7 months?
