I started my first batch of Lime/Lemon Pee Tuesday.
So far I have used 2 packs of Red Star Premier Classique (Montrachet)
1 pack mixed with white grape juice on day one.
Then sprinkled on top day 3.
Starting SG 1.095 and nothing is happening.
Hit it with some FermAid O last night and still nothing.
measured the temp this morning and noticed it's at 90 degrees.
I guess my space heater was a little too close.
Will the yeast come back once its cooled off or should I hit it with another pack?
