Hi everyone. I'm Fred and I live in Calgary, Canada.

I've been making wine for may years, but from a very limited supply of ingredients. Kit wines are new to me and I'm having a great time discovering things that can be done with them.

Looking forward to learning lots and meeting a whole bunch of fellow winemakers.
