I pureed some pineapple and put it in the fridge and promptly forgot about it. My roommate remarked that the lid was askew on one of thecontainers. It wasn't off just tilted. I put the puree in a jug (sanitized) and tossed in some wine yeast to see what would happen.

yeah. totally slipped my mind to add a campden tablet before i did this, and I still can do that, and just repitch the yeast if folks think I should do that.

HAs anyone had this happen and if so, were the results good or bad. Would it be safe to drink and if it wasn't how would i know.
 
It was in the fridge, so it should be ok. NO, I would defin. not add campden at this time. It should still be safe. I'd wait and see what happens. What was the recipe?
