Slow isn't always a bad thing. But you might want to toss in a dose of nutrient before your SG drops any lower. That way you know your yeast is not stressed from lack of food, and a slow ferment should be no problem.

I just finished racking my last bucket. I wound up getting 7 gallons from most, and 7.5 from my PG. Remember I did add lots of fruit. And I know I'll lose some at every racking, but I am very happy with the taste of what I've made. Hope you have great results also.

hi I'm new to this, just trying to see if it's something I want to get into and already learned a lot from trolling this site
