Hello everyone! My name is Garry and I have fermented a few batches in the past. As of right now I only do one gallon batches due to lack of room. Soon I will have more room to grow but until then I'm content with what I have room for. Looking forward to meeting all of you and growing my knowledge.

Welcome! I do alot of 1 gallons because of time and space as well.

Welcome Gary. Lots of great people, info, and knowledge here. Hope you learn everything you want or need to here.
Tell us some of the batches you did and how you did it.
