I've visited this forum several times in the past for some brief information, but finally decided to register (and glad I did). My Winemaking skills are certainly weaker than many in this forum (only 3 yrs), but i hope to glean some knowledge from those in the know of all things wine-like.

My experience with Wine making to date has been solely kit versions, and i've been very pleased (my wife too), but I would like to branch out and play my hand with some fruit wines. Any solid recipes, directions, suggestions and general support would be very welcome. We prefer dry to very red dry wines that are typically bolder and flavorful (Merlot, Zin etc...).

Cheers!

Jeff

Hi Jeff! Welcome to the forum. There are a lot of fruit wine makers here.

Hi Jeff,

Welcome to winemakingtalk. What fruit wine would you like to start out with?

Welcome. We have several fruit wine makers, who can assist you.

Thanks!

Thanks for the welcoming thoughts. Julie inquired what kind of fruit wine I'm interested in? For starters, probably some sort of berry wine but I'm open to anything. These questions are probably better in some other section of the forum though.

Jeff
