directions said sprinkle yeast on top and stir in after 10 minutes.

My green apple wine was fermenting OK, but the strawberry was going at it so hard I got out my airpump and gave it a shot of O2, the directions said to stir the first two days to give it some air, she's got air now!!

Hi Stinkie, look good. Ive made a couple of Melon Zin from Bellissima and they turned out great. Avery nice summer cooler. All my friends love it. Please let us know how it goes. If its like the Melon, you'll be able to drink this at bottling. No need to age these wines.

I wanted an Island Mist kit cause everyone I gave a bottle of Wildberry Schiraz to wants more!! So my brew guy had this, and I wanted to try the Green Apple anyway. The problem is now the wine bug bit me and I just want to fill all the carboys up...lol...Geo has me salivating for a New Zealand Marlboro Sauvingnon Blanc kit and I don't even like white wine...lol...but my brother does and it would be nice to make him some.

I am pushing my green apple wine hard, want it in the bottle as soon as
possible, learning though, next year I'll have some light wines ready
for summer. Stablized and fined today, day 9, it was done fermenting at
.995. Topped up to make masta proud of me...lol

Didn't have a strap for this new carboy so I used someones sugestion to use a milk crate and it works real good.

bottled my green apple wine this morning, I was going to filter it but
noticed the tank to filter line was mouldy and decided not to use it.
