Hello everyone, Im fairly new to winemaking but have made a few batches, and I think Im getting the hang of it.
I have recently been making a lot of "Country Wines" from various fruits of the season e.g plums, pears and apples, but have also been making several varieties of wine from fruit concentrates (hence the name winecheater!)
Just thousht Id join up here to see if I could gain any new recipies/ techniques to improve my mehtods and also share what I have learned through the trial and error of my first few batches
So...\Glad to be here and Im sure I'll be visiting often.
