Regarding the recent Chilean fresh juice shipments, a few questions:

You indicated you would be testing the juice at the store - any results so far?

Yeast nutrient - standard ratio of one tsp per gallon? 6 tsp for the whole batch?

You should have received all of the yeast nutrient you need. It is 1/2 teaspoon for the entire 6 gallons.
