A couple of Equipment issues came up this weekend while bottling.
1).2 of the nipples that I use on mydouble blast bottle washer stopped working. I see that George sells the replacement nozzles. Is this a common issue with these? Don't think I have used it more then 5 or 6 times.


2). How do all of you that are using the Buon Vino AutomaticBottle Gravity Filler clean and santizie before and after use? I just run a couple of gallons of super hot water thru it. Am afraid to use k-meta because of the seals.

I have not had any trouble with my bottle washer. With the bottle filler you could run some oxy clean through it when washing it then rinse. Only use Kmets sanitizing solution just before bottling. Do not use it when washing afterwards. I ruined one doing this as it is very corrosive.

I think one of George's streaming videos demonstrates how to clean that filter. I remember watching it a few months back.
