I just picked this up and started it. It smells wonderful. It came with the grape skin pack and a raisin pack plus 2 packs of oak and I added more oak as i like the oak monster.

What kind of oak did you add? I assume this is primary ferm and that it was added in primary...

I used heavy Hungarian oak and yes this is primary. I just added a little and Ill taste it when done and see if it needs more, at that point if it does then I will purchase some cubes and add then.
