Dragon Blood Fermentation Temperatures

What are your favorite fermentation temperatures for your Dragon Blood

Whatever the temperature in my basement happens to be at the time I am fermenting anything. It is usually between 64 and 70. I just don't worry about it that much. The yeast doesn't care that much.

I'd I have to disagree with cmason1957 somewhat. I would try to keep it below 75. Too high of temps generally means faster fermentation which can result in rocket fuel or off favors.

Yeast does care. Some are more tolerant and forgiving. Some are not.
