choice of grape

I'm in zone 4, possibly 3b so it gets down to -40 C in winter.
The local vineyard that I can drive to has some vines but only the folowing:
- Brianna
- Swenson White
- Trollhaugen
- SOmerset
- Kay Gray

I take it I cannot make wine with Somerset/Trollhaugen?
So, my choices are the whites of Bianna/Swenson?

In my opinion Brianna is the best on that list for white wine. It has wonderful tropical and pineapple notes that carry through in the flavor. Everyone who tastes my Brianna wine loves it.
